Is it harrassment, if someone at work registered you to adultfriend finder with your work email anonymously?
Yes, it's definitely harrassment. Contact Human Resources. They might even be able to track who did it, using the email system. Good luck. :)

Reply:Go the Human resources. Big problem. Who ever did this just put their job at risk and may have done this or simialar to other employees. If nothing happens after you report it, get a lawyer.

Harassment can only occur AFTER an initial rebuff / reject of an "advance" or comment. Neither of those things has occurred.
You can report anything to HR. In fact the co-worker may have broken some other company rule. But I wouldn't characterize it as harassing you, - where in you can't perform your job
